We create safe products that really work and are designed to make you feel good. Any question about our products?
Is Sequent Acrylic suitable for someone just starting to do nails?
Yes! The formula is designed for both beginners and advanced stylists. It is easy to apply and work with, making it a great choice whether you are doing a full set of new nails, a simple refill, or just correcting a small mistake.
Do I have to use nail tips with this acrylic?
Not necessarily. While you can use nail tips (false nails), this acrylic also works perfectly with templates (forms). If you use templates, you simply build the nail directly on the form and peel the template away once the acrylic has dried and hardened.
How do I get the acrylic to form a ball on my brush?
First, pour your acrylic liquid into a small dish. Gently soak your brush in the liquid, then dip the wet brush into the acrylic powder. This will form a small ball on the tip of your brush, which you can then move to the nail to start shaping your extension.
How do I get a high-shine finish on my acrylic nails?
Once the acrylic is dry and you have filed it into the right shape, you have three options for shine: you can use a polishing block to buff it to a natural glow, apply a shining varnish, or use a UV Top Coat/Shining Gel. If you choose a gel top coat, remember that you will need a UV lamp to cure it.
