We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will evaluate the issue and cover the costs to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons (Personal Care Goods), we cannot accept returns on opened nail polishes, gels, liquids, or used tools. Other non-returnable items include:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
